Things to keep in mind before starting Construction
- Ensure that you have taken patta from JDA (Jaipur Development Authority)
- Get things ready like layout plan, finalizing the contractor etc.
- Ensure that your CAM dues are NOT pending.
- Send email to JGVS RWA Office (admin@jgvs.in) with layout plan for your dream house and take NOC (No Objection Certificate) for starting the construction. Please refer to below items for NOC checklist:
- Relevant drawings/designs, in AutoCAD format for approval before submitting to State Development Authorities.
- Refer control drawings of plan & elevation which JGVS team already approved from JDA
- For electricity NRS connection, contact your State Electricity Board
- Deposit a returnable undated Security cheque of Rs. 100.00 per sq. yd. at JGVS RWA office
- Once you receive the approval email from JGVS RWA Office (admin@jgvs.in), please visit the office with security deposit cheque and other relevant documents requested as per the established process.
- Apply for & obtain the Entry Permit for the contractor(s) from your Community RWA office
- For detailed understanding, please read Construction Guidelines so that your works goes on smoothly and there is no undesirable impact on the residents and the community.
For violation of any of the below rules, JGVS reserves the right to impose penalties, stop the construction work and report the violations to JDA.
- Construct toilet and arrange drinking water for your people who will be working on the site.
- For the security of materials, 1 person during the day and 1 person during the night can stay at the site
- Water connection can only be taken once the construction work is complete, not during construction.
- Construction should be done as per approved layout plan and JDA norms should be followed.
